photography workshops for parents

lots of mini pictures of babies

We all have cameras these days, from dslr delivered by Santa to mobile phone camera never leaving our side. We love sharing moments, cute expressions of our kids, amazing sunsets.

But getting the photo to look the way you want to can be a hit and miss. You might have a good camera, but it doesn’t take great photos, right?! Some shots are amazing, but most are not bright enough, your child moves by the time you click, they are not sharp enough, they are weirdly orange and you are just fed up. Maybe you decided to switch it to the AUTO or gave up completely  (btw, using DSLR on auto mode is like driving Ferrari on 2nd gear only)

I have been photographing families in Scotland for the past 5 years and I love photography, but I also love sharing what I have learnt. I have created an easy to understand photography course for beginners, focused on photographing children and every day life.

You will learn how to stop using AUTO mode and start controlling your camera, how to find best light and composition and how to display your beautiful photos.

  • One-to-one training:  £195
  • if you bring a friend: £145 each
  • 3 hours spent learning, talking photography and shooting
  • printed course notes with key points
  • 2 weeks of post course support (via email or telephone)

Group workshops are coming soon!
